Abstract

Patients treated with the mandibular complete denture often faced with complications of poor stability and retention of the
prosthesis. It is difficult to obtain good result through conventional complete denture treatment. Two-implant retained
overdentures are recognized as a good alternative treatment method for the edentulous mandible. Polyetherketoneketone
(PEKK) copolymer is the member of the polyaryletherketone (PAEK) and is a high performance thermoplastic material.
PEKK is biocompatible and high resistance to wear, abrasion, and corrosion. Two implants were placed in mandibular
both canine regions. The CM LOC?? was used for conjunction with dental implants. This solitary attachment system is
followed new design, has advantages of cleaning. The material of the female part, PEKK is affirmed high wear resistance.
